 e39 540 vs e34 m5
yesterday There was a BMW e39 540i on my back door He gave the M5 a good looking over. Being an unbadged E34 he thought he might be in with a shout so he tailgated me up the road . the road was clear, and I let the pretender get into the outside lane. as he pulled along side unfairly the traffic lights went red so I could not floor it so he sat there revving his motor. the lights went green he shot off because he had a auto box so I let the clutch out and gave it full beans in first and pulled along side his car and shifted into second and pulled ahead he was keeping up with me. but when I shifted into 3 gear I pulled away more we got to 120 mph he was still with me but when I shted into fourth gear it was game over. as I me up to some traffic he pulled along side and we had a chat about the cars though the window
