my friend has a bone stock civic lx or ls (i forgot what version he got) auto. he wants to race me. i have a 1987 e30 325 no letter modle, also stock(mine is 5 speed). do you think i have a chance if i decide to race him? also where are the canyons in socal?


oh yah wuts the diff from the e and no letter model

you will probably win... cars HP is probably pretty close to the same but you'll have him in torque and RWD = awesome. this is what I found about your other question:

you will spank.......i have the exact same E30 and raced some kid with a similar honda with exhaust, intake, and chip........smacked him so hard off the line by the time i hit 60 i just gave up, it was all over.......

just launch that sucker good and he won't be able to touch you. rearwheel drive ownes front wheel out of the hole

pretty much the same story, ricers abound in arizona, my old 85 325 spanked them all, pretty consistently.

they're good vehicles, and their torque makes them winners.

ok
raced him today at 11pm
on the first run my rear tires spun to much on take off. so he won by like 2 feet
then the second run i beat him by not much
the last race an 03sentra ser joind us well i took of faster then both of them but the ser cought me when i was in therd gear and at the end i end up beating my friend bu four car lengths but got beat by the ser(it was 3 car lengths ahead)

so i won and lost at the same time. i had fun. i might start racing civics and other cars in that class.

that was even more of a rush from when i jumped my car off the rail road tracks.
