Ok, last night, family and I ordered some food from Mama Fu's, I went to pick it up, and on my way back, I passed some kids, and just as I passed them, I saw the hand of one of the ids extend towards my car and I heard a little "tick", I didn't think much of it until I saw the kid turn around.
I was like "hell no", I slammed on the brakes, and did a 180 turn (no worries, streets were empty) I go in the left turning lane and stopped, rolled my window down and asked the kid "What the F did you throw at my car little bitch?" The kid was scared as hell he was shaking like crazy and he replied "I didn't throw anything, man I swear, I didn't throw anything..', so I asked him again a bit louder this time "What the F did you throw at my car?" and he replied, even more scared this time "Man,.. I swear ,... I didn't do anything, I didn't do anything..."
Since he was so scared, I figured he was telling the truth, so, I floored it, did a 180, (when my engine revved up, the kid got scared and jumped, lol) then I went home. When I got home I noticed that their was a very small scratch, about 1 cm long, the scratch it's self is barely noticeable, but what pisses me off is that some F-ing kid that I don't even know would throw something at my car just for the hell of it.

I asked my dad if I should go back and find him and either take care of him or call the cops, he said going by the small scratch, it's not worth it.

yeah, you can barely see the scratch, I mean, I can see it because it's my car and I had waxed the hood yesterday, the scratch is on my passenger side front fender. It's not that big of a deal, but as I said, what pisses me off is that some kid that I don't even know would throw something at my car.

I know how you feel. was waxing my M and noticed key marks on EVERY panel around the car. I was sooooo pissed. i am gonna be taking care of some of the scratches this week and will let you know how it goes so i can hopefully give you some help on getting rid of yours. how deep is it? just clearcoat or down to the primer?

If he is talking about a clearcoat scratch, then no the scratch remover stuff will not work. The only thing that will work on it is some wet 2000 grain sandpaper. now lots of people will tell you that it will hurt your paint. it won't if you use it carefully and properly you will not damage your paint. you will remove a small bit of the clearcoat or rather blend the clearcoat to cover the scratch. there is a kit that i have that provides two solutions that will protect the clear coat so that once you are done you will have the same protection of the clear coat. Anything deeper will require touch up.
