Hey guys, I found this forum in my searches on the net, and thought I'd ask you all a question...
Just last weekend, I was on the highway and I was cruisin with this 330Ci with quite possibly the weirdest exhaust i've ever seen on an bimmer... heh sorry i dont have pics, so I'll try to describe it. it had two rectangular tips, about 2.5-3" high and maybe 5-6" wide, centered on the rear bumper...like not in it, but below it. Aside from being lowered about 1-1.5", the car didn't have any other noticeable mods. If you were looking at the car from the back, flat on, the tips would be angled a bit upwards, and you'd be able to see the pipes going a bit down (going towards the front) and to either side of the diff and over the rear axle. It had a sort of a Hamann-ish exhaust note, but was a bit deeper, more full, and a little more raspy. I asked this on another forum (
www.e46fanatics.com) but when someone suggested that it was a Hartge exhaust and I noticed that it wasn't, the thread didnt get anywhere...
Does anyone know of such an exhaust system?
Peace,
Brian M.
