Okay, so here is the lay down. First off, my mom was being lame, and due to the fact that the area of the meet is extremely sketchy(tons of cops and gangs), my mom said i had to be home by 10. so i wouldnt be able to go on the drive with everyone.
So the plan was to leave really early and say i was going to a friends house(with my friend that was inthe car), and then go back to the meeting spot in time for departure to the drive.
So we leave there at 9(its 28 miles home), we got home at 9:17...and then we left my house and got back there at 9:40....and Deloriant, being the smart one he is, said that we would make it on time cuz they were still waiting, and that he would call if they were leaving. He didnt....so we went back to the meeting point at 940..they werent there, so we got on the freeway, and found out they were about 30 miles ahead of us...we caught them in about 15 minutes....and saw them make some random u-turn.
So we made a quick U-y and they disapeared...so we just start driving down the long Coast Highway...and see a few BMW's getting ticket on the side of the road, we assumed it was part of the main group(the group was somehow split up). so we kept going, and Deloriant calls back, saying that they were leaving the gas station, so we pulled over to the left and waited at a light, they made a right at the light we were wating at(we need to go striaght to follow them), and the gay sensor under neeath us never checked or anything, so we ended up running the red light.
I had to pass about 6 cars at 115 mph on a two lane highway with major twists. and FINALLY catch up to them. and we hit the canyons, i passed a ton of people and found the other part of the group pulled over. so i pulled over.
Deloriant was there being as gay as he usually is...lol, jk kthx.
We headed out and i was following deloriant. not a bad driver i might say, except for the occasional Almost hit the guard rail and hit the dirt on the outside almost losing control thus dying...I got it all on video...
Then i passed about 3-4 more BMW's/VW's, and got sorta near the front.
We were about 5 miles from my house at that point, and i just headed home cuz it was curfew time cuz of the nazi mom.
So thats my story, some video will be up soon.
it was really fun. I have video of the meet with about 3/5 the cars that were there total. cuz ihad to leave early.

Note to everyone: IF YOU HAVE NEVER DRIVEN CANYON RUNS DO NOT DO IT FOR YOUR FIRST TIME ON A GCC! Holy shiza I almost died about 15 times tonight.
We almost got rolled soooo many times that night. The first gas station we drove to had 2 cops pulling in just as we were. Of course the cop runs right up to me, "OH, WHERE'S YOUR FRONT PLATE?!" Me - "ummm *voice crack* I lost it!" LOL! Then later in the night when we were racing on the freeway, we got hit with radar so we exited the freeway, only to roll by a gas station with MORE cops in it. We all got back on the freeway, did some more racing, and me and Heath headed back to Orange County. On the way back we raced an is300, RSX, and another e36.
Good times, too bad my motor and tranny hate my guts.

Im suprised though, i drove home and back(52miles) in less then 45 minutes, and i didnt see one cop.

THIS SUCKS....i just moved 3 hours away to college. If i had been back home i would have so been there with the 02. Never would have kept up on the freeway tho ghead . But i sure would have been rippin shit up on the touge

hwys 150 & 33 behind Ventura, Santa Paula and through Lockwood Valley virtually unpatrolled~! Just don't hit them on the weekend during the day unless you want to be taken out by some crotch rocket!
It is a bit of a drive but, its way less crowded, good road, and unpatrolled.
