I was on the m4 in the outside lane at 80mph and this Volvo t5 pulled up my ass so I drop it down into 4 and hit the gas and left this Volvo for dead I backed off at 145mph and this Volvo pulled on me fast but this time it had blue lights flashing a siren on I just blow off a unmarked cop car ohh shit I pulled into a layby and the pigs got out of there car an walked over to mine they told me to get out of my car so I did they told me to get in the back of the there car and showed me the video of me speeding so I put my hands up to it. 2 week later I went to court and I had a fine of 5000 pounds 9 points on my licence and I have to go to a course on driving
I come in here expecting a kill story, and instead it's a sad one. That really bites. It makes me glad that unmarked cars are illegal in my state. Think it would've been any different if you hadn't let off?

did they believe you? Man, in Rhode Island if they would catch you going 145 you would have your licence taken, go to jail, and surve comunity service.
BTW did you think of outrunning them for a moment, I mean you drive an M5
Dude that's harsh but you got away relatively lightly.
Normally in the UK if you do over 100mph (limit is 70 on the motorway) then it's an immediate ban. Same goes if you are 30mph over the limit on any other road.
A quick explanation of the points system is: you start off with a clean license, you can accumulate up to 12 points then your license is taken away for some period of time. Normally you get given points in 3s, ie 3, 6 9 or 12 (ban).
for burning off an unmarked car up to 145 you definitely got off lightly, even though £5k ($8700) is a lot of money....

I got off without a ban because I said I will go to driving school
A cop breaking the law to entice you into breaking the law is a very good court case.
Yea...I like that quite a bit....
You know...I'm okay with the nice cops, but the cocky ones who think they have to reiterate their authority are the ones that I'd love to get with somethin like that.
