As an 18 year old high school graduate i feel very fortunate to be the proud new owner of a 2004 Z4 3.0i (Sports Pckg) Today i was driving home on I-75 outisde of Flint headed to Ann Arbor and this yellow 2003 Mach I Mustang got up beside me with two guys about my age in it.... I am sad to say that we both got up to about 135mph and he was about half a car length ahead.... considered the HP displacement of each car and the engines, i can't be to disapointed...
Just thought i would share my lil tale with yall... BTW does anyone know a good site for BMW performance parts and acessories?

a Mach I stang is juss soemthing they started in 03 and its the stangs you see witht he big wide racing stripe down hood. They are pretty sick compared to the pussy GT's. im not a mustang fan so im going by my childhood knowledge but i believe gts are like 260 HP and this mach one is like an even 300 i believe.. all i kno is i got beat by half a car length but im still proud... cuz he had some mods on his car i believe (judging by exterior accesories he had and exhaust). I wish i could mod the fuck out of this Z4 but i cant becuase its also half someone elses... i only payed for 28,000$ of the car unofortunatly.
yes i kno, sorry i did not gramatically word it right for you. as i said in my first thread i was racing a 2003 mach I then the fella asked what that was... so i explained it to him in terms of what i was racing not in terms of what the MACH I line is.... hope this clears things up with you and you can be at rest with yourself now and live in peace
The mach ones have been around for a little while know, they look awesome for a mustang, but still don't look that great compared to some other cars. They are wicked fast though. BUt I wouldn't trust a non saleen mustang at any speed. And I only trust saleen because of the S7... I'd love to be able to drive upside down in a tunnel....

and mach 1's have 310hp (308 in the auto) and 335 lb ft tq. Run anywhere from a low 13 to a high 13 in the qm.

no i have made money in stock and yeah silverbullet i did pull on a Z-28 iunno if ur juss assuming z-28 and trans-am are practically same ( which they are chassis wise) maybe he wasn't putting his all into it.... was older car but im pretty sure he was all out becuase we got up to about 130
