God damn, this sucks, i figured i'd post it somewhere.

Last weekend, I was driving down this road , theres an asshole on this road who actually gets in his jeep and chases people who kick gravel into his yard. I've ran from him twice. Anyway, His house is on a curve, a rather nasty blind curve, with gravel all over it. It had rained earlier. I'm following my friend in his passat glx vr6, and i take the turn at around 30 mph, and i gave it a little extra coming out of it. The gravel and the wet road was toooooooo much apparently, and I ended up taking the turn broadside, before I could react, My tires caught traction, I steered avoiding a head on with a tree on the right side of the road, but my ass end clipped it, then , the force of that impact spun me 360*, head on into a tree. Airbags deployed....it SUCKED. Anyway, several minutes later the police and ambulance had arrived, and here I am, my car totaled, a nice $250 fine for driving too fast for road conditions and with a broken collar bone. On the positive side, had I been driving anything else, I would not be here to type this story, I am firmly convinced that my bimmer saved my life. Another positive note, I just bought a black '95 525i with traction control. But my beautiful iceland green 525 is gone

I was nervous for a sec when I saw the 635 csi in your sig, I thought it got wrecked! Then I saw it was a 525i and felt relieved. Glad your OK, sorry bout your car, but a 635 getting wrecked would make me weep

heh and with my car went my prototype CAI too! damn. Shouda grabbed that when i went to clean out the car.

Worked well, I used aluminum tubing (4 inch) to plant a green filter down by the foglight. Then some sheet metal to shield it from road debris and water.
