Hey did you ever sell it? Right now I have a 1994 318i s50 m3 conversion that has a blown head gasket, warped head and scores on the cylinders. The shop tells me that I should just buy a replacement engine for about $3500 and it would be cheaper. Total would be $5,500 installed. Now I am just trying to find out if I should do this or just replace it back with a 318i engine.

What do you think would be my best bet for selling the car in the future and not losing alot of money?

Only place I shop for tires <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/fd66tenkem14398562132599BA4?sid=bmw" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.tirerack.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">The Tire Rack</a>

I took a gamble and paid $1800 for it. the guy that sold it was kinda misleading about the engine but I knew it would atleast need a head gasket. So, I am not sure what I am going to do. My other option would be to just part it out.
