CPO tire question.

AC22 n00b Join Date: Mar 2009 Car: Posts: 1 Photos:	CPO tire question. So i just picked up my first BMW Saturday morning. Its a 2006 CPO X3. My questions is in regards to the tires on CPO cars. My tread is questionable and looks quite low but i also noticed large cuts in the sidewalls of 3 of the tires. They are about 4 inches long and aprox 2 mm deep. Should BMW have given out a CPO car with large "cuts" in the sidewalls of the tires? How safe is it to drive? I contacted the dealer and am going in Wednesday for the to look at it but over the phone they kept saying how its fine..
