havent had a chance to pick up winters yet, so im driving around on my performance tires, and surprisingly they're better than my old all seasons on the snow
put 2 sandbags in the trunk and i havent gotten stuck yet, although not having abs is a bitch
I havent drivin my BMW is the winter yet. my old Mercedes did pretty well in the winter though, providing you know what your doing.

i do live on the west coast but we get a little snow, i ran my 17's last year... it was an exciting experience to say the least.... and i think im going to do the same this year

That's the beautiful thing about having 2 vehicles in Calgary when the snow flies. I hesitantly park my 325 for the winter in the warm, cozy garage...go and run it once in a while to keep things fresh, and just to hear that sexy growl come from under the hood. Saddle up the 4x4 Blazer when the dump comes! To be truthfull, having grown up in Calgary, I have seen snow in every single month of the year, and that's no damn fun.
