It's because customizers like to chrome everything, but you can't see it with the wheels on!

If this is the case, then there is no reason to mod all 4 corners!

The green Lexus pickup still has drum brakes on the rear! All that money customizing the car, and instead of replacing the rear drum system he chromes them!
