BMW will replace the current 3.0-liter inline-six with a 4-cylinder as the next base engine in the Z4.
The news comes via Automobile Magazine's twitter feed and is, understandable, lacking in details. Power output would be north of 200-hp suggests Automobile, and we'd have to think a good bit North in order to even come close to the current car's 255-hp output.
