You mean wheels.... its wheels.... Rims are part of a wheel... only if its a multipiece wheel....
Stop the rim stuff man... its like calling a BMW M3 a emblem... yes it has one... but thats not what you call it.

Yeah Tim you can do it easily in Microsoft Paint or find a Batch resizer if you use a digital camera nad always need to downsize them. A batch resizer can take the photos you select, make a copy of each, and shrink them all down to the size you want. Search it on google.
