If you feel the need to to divide it , seperate it in sections like:

Maybe just organize it better but don't use regional. Do like Upgrade Parts for sale, Oem parts for sale, wheels/tires, cars for sale, etc.. and make a WTB section. I dunno... just an idea. And I'm still yelling! :P
