my first suggestion was upgrade from 1.1 to 1.1.2 which included bug fixes and security fixes......if i were you cam, which im not, id post a question up at http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php and see what they've got to say...after all, they created this shit
I would suggest booting all users if at all possible, then bouncing the server to clear the memory, cache, system page file, and all connections. I find it odd that 25+ members are logged on at once, plus how many other guests. It may be that the site is getting flooded somehow and that's causing the issues we see here now.
Speed - good idea, however if it were a bug (not that it isn't) we would have seen this at least once before.

greeney, we both obvsiouly do something similar for a living....but since this isnt on a dedicated server...im not sure about other people being that happy! :P
For some reason I thought we were on a dedicated server. Interesting. Tehn I gues stopping and restarting theservice would suffice. I have a gut feeling that it all boils down to the connections (or logged on users). Something, somewhere, got hung with those people online (I doubt all those users were on and all those guests were also on). LEt me think on this ....
