I can go in there and answer general questions but I DO ask that all personal (how do I install this, why can't I get this to work) questions be forwarded via email for the fastest response. I have an employee handling all our emails and he's very good about being prompt. His email addresses are aptly named

If you feel your question is something that others would like to know, though - "what is the difference between this product and this one" - please feel free to post in there, as my response will probably help multiple people
