Just a heads up to the admins, when I click the "new topic" button at the bottom of the page it comes up with the "sorry blah blah blah" stuff instead of being able to add a new topic.

yea thats happened to me a couple times too, and also it happened to me when i wanted to change one of my email settings...i still havent been able to change it yet, its pissing me off
