On the home page, under Popular Forums, the Frequently Asked Question link description references "tech questions".
Since many posts by noobies show that they have not looked at the FAQs for their topic of interest, I suggest that the link description be changed to something like:
Check here first for info on the forums, general auto, DIY tech, upgrades and audio/detailing.
Maybe this will help the noobies, maybe it won't.  used
I don't think there is a downside to providing more info.
