Get rid of "werd" smilie?

I see many posts a day that just quote another person and just use as their entire post.

the guy isn't even cool in the smilie, he's like a burnt out loser that holds up a sign. he doesn't belong on this cool forum.

and it's spelled wrong! and it's not even funny that it's spelled wrong. if you want to spell the "teh" now that is pretty funny.

i too think this sound be removed.....adds alot of post whoring
