Anyone else noticed the thread content has really changed?
In the past few months, I've noticed that the content and tenor of the average thread has changed from posting ideas for good maintenance and modifications to pleas for help where someone else has purchased a car that they cannot afford to maintain. Now its tires where someone is wanting to buy only 2 because they can't afford a set. And there is always the post about running 87 octane gas. What's up with this?
Maintenance has definitely gone out the window as a subject on here Daz, but then my car never needs much doing,so i dont much care. Used to like the modding stuff though.
All sites have an ebb and flow, at the moment there aren't too many folks doing mods, although the ones that are doing them, are doing uber mods which are way outside most peoples capabilities and budgets.
