Try Pelican Parts.com or RealOEM.com for starters. Other places like RockAuto.com may possibly carry it. Also check out the forum sponsors as one of them may have it as well. They sponsor the site for a reason!

He stated the part wasn't available in Europe anymore. Is it that part in general or that color?

The part is available in Ultramarin colour in the Europe and in Black in the USA. It is an information from BMW dealers.
