Don't let them push you around, and don't get agitated when dealing with them. If you can get all correspondence in writing (fax or email). Document what you have purchased before the web link is changed. If someone isn't playing nicely, go around them and speak to their supervisor or ultimately the owner, if there is still no level of satisfaction with them, let them know that you will be regsitering a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection agency, and that you want to return the item as it wasn't what you purchaed and that you expect them to refund the purchase price in full as well as the freight in both directions.
