Thanks, I've been here for a couple months, haven't posted in this section before.

Reason I ask:
I found this 2004 BMW M3 on autotrader.com for $8000 and I'm trying to figure out why the fuck he's selling it for so cheap. Will carfax basically tell me if the car was stolen or anything, or what should I look or ask for to find out what the deal is?

autotrader is full of s**t in my opinion. i didnt know your zip code, so i searched any distance from mine... and came across a 2004 745li w/ 4k miles for 8300. it is almost 2k miles away from me, but shit if that was the price i would fly over there first thing in the morning to pick it up.
