uhh it may not be a x7 but its not photoshopped from that pic... perhaps another, but i think it may be just a prototype of the x5. Backgrounds differ, and i know for certain that the front bumper and sideskirts (or lackthereof) are real.

photoshoppers that are hired by magazines are very good and can make the car seem very realistic. i really didnt study the car, but the background is the same(although it could be slightly touched up, and is a different hue)
