| Yeah it should be pretty easy... on my old-ish 316i, the splash guards are held on with bolted clips (you clip the guard loosely and then tighten the bolt in the clip to adjust the clip until it's tight). You can tell where to put the clips because there are a couple of small notches in the guard to go around the bolt, so more of the clip can be used.
