I was told that these won't help your car any? I really need to gain about 20 hp in my car and i was told to get a shark injector, has anyone here actually had a power gain from one?

l337 has one, but i guarntee you wont get 20h....what engine do you have?
i have a reason just to embarassed to say. i want an exhuast but there are outside reasons affecting that decision. lets just say it has to do with gay parents. but i know there is another way to get 210 hp without exhaust
I have shark injector. Somewhere, I've seen their claimed HP. It's not much, something like 5-8hp. Every little bit helps. Add a CAI. And if you don't want an exhaust but want to add performance, start chunking unneeded parts (Spare tire, trim?) Where is that sawsall thread?

the shark is the best for ur money/gains by way of chips. but even with exhaust and CAI u may not reach 210hp, certainly not at the wheels. why do u need the 20hp so bad? if its for a race then take out the spare and try to free up some weight

I have the shark yes it works...
Go to a performance driving school before you start sticking these mods in your car. I guarantee you it will give you the best bang for your buck, as compared to buying mods first. Power is nothing without control...

And how much do they inforce these rules???? [/b][/quote]
I believe that you can drop the original configuration back into the system with the Shark injector. So if you were to take it into the dealer you would simply connect the Shark, drop the OEM config back on, and keep going like nothing happened. I'm not sure if they would be able to tell that you had done that or not. I could be wrong.
