Removing Rear View Mirror for E39 BMW

Hi,

Can any one tell me how to remove the rear view mirror for the 2000 528I BMW E39? I recently bought a new dimming mirror and I want to put it in place but some how I can't find a way to remove it. You can email me directly for instruction to thomas_r@myway.com

the casing un clips and it twists on and off the nut stuck to the screen, i only know this because i knocked mine off pushing a new leather bean bag into the front of my 5 series the other day..hehehehe...

initially it looks like you push it on but you dont..dont be fooled..hehehe just twist it on
