I just experienced really poor quality service when talking to Anthony Costello Automotive in Fyshwick, Canberra. He refused to give me price for parts, and then he told me to go to BMW because he couldn't be stuffed helping me. Guess where I WON'T be going to get any work done on my 535i. End rant.
