do u think its leakin?..ya it should be ok until then..if u think its leakin..then check it every couple days..i use my car lift to see if things are leakin on our cars

o ya..i love my lift..its a hyrdo lift..got it for 2400 wit installtion..we are the only ones in the hood wit a lift in the garage..yes at my house

I think it might be because the oil service lights are on and I know M3's are known to burn a little oil. I guess the land rover dealership lied their ass off when they told me the oil service had been done but they just didn't reset the light. Good thing I had a hunch and made sure I figured in all that stuff when I was negotiating the price.
I have been reading up on this a lot tonight and it seems that it's totally normal for the car to burn oil. It also varies in every car, some people burn no oil while others burn 1qt every 1000-1500 miles.
BMW says anything up to 2.5qt's every 1000 miles is ok, that's alot of oil burning.
cam its ok for the car to burn oil. especially since the car is new to you and im sure youve been driving pretty hard. and ya i think your car will be ok untill next week.
