New at owning a BMW, any advise?

Hello everyone,

I brought my BMW car to an autoshop to have my clutch and brake replaced. I encountered weird noise when the clutch is engaged and when stepping on the brake hard. I brought the car back to the same autoshop and they don't seem to care. Any advise on what is to do next or anyone know a good, decent, and attentive shop that is professional on working with BMW in San Francisco? By the way, does anyone know if it's true that CPO (Certified Pre Own) does not cover the car anymore if the car has been in an accident and that major work was done on it? Thanks.

I'm not sure what you can do bout the bad work. Maybe if another shop has to make it right, you can get a refund from the first one.
