just curious..... i have a 3003 330ci was wondering what u gals/guys do in the winter time? snow? i looked to get chains, but they dont have them to fit my tires... any suggestions? anyone ever get chains put on? do they really work? thnx for your help....

WOW a 3003 where can I get one. Chains do work but I would not use them unless I had to. I do not belive that they would do good things to your tires or suspension. My personal opinion is that a dedicated set of winter tires and wheels is the best route. You can then get the UHP tires for the summer.

Yeah i have to agree, chains is really over kill...unless you live and the back country...but then again you wouldn't own a bmw to do that kinda traveling... (right?)...
Winter tires will do fine for normal winter driving.. Of course a bit of slip slidding here and there is to be expected, especially with rwd (but that's fun )
