Japan BMW's EURO or US specs??

Here is my situation, I live in Guam and I want to get a 850i BMW 1990-1994 They are LHD and super cheap and in pretty great shape in Japan. My question is what specs are they? Euro or US? I have looked high and low and have not found the answer in 2 days.

The do fall under this from National highway and safety.

LIST OF NONCONFORMING MOTOR VEHICLES
THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR IMPORTATION
(BY OR THROUGH A REGISTERED IMPORTER

I have played with multiple vin checkers but it does not tell if the car is made for the European market or the US. Here is the VIN if anyone can help with that part. WBAEG21030CB01799

Guam custom rules are pretty much the same as the US when it comes to this stuff and I don't want to bring the vehicle over only to find out I have to make massive expensive changes to it.
