Ok, here's the deal,
I'm looking into purchasing a 2004 325ci,
Sport package $ 1000
Moonroof $ 1050
Automatic trans. $ 1275
Total Retail $34,520 Invoice $ 31,685

I read from www.carbuyingtips.com that I should actually only pay .5% above DEALER's Cost.
Where can I find dealer's cost? What good negotiation tactics should I work off?

I don't know about pricing stuff, but if you have the air about you that you're ready to walk if you don't get your way, you'll get your way a lot faster.

This is true. My father went to three different dealerships to buy the same car, and basically pitted each offer against each other. He wound up getting a very solid deal on his car.
