Getting A "new" Car

Whats up guys, Im selling my 3000GT cause its a pain in the ass. This is my 1st post here. Im going to be looking to spend about $12-13k on a car (unless my parents kick a bit in). My father has a BMW and so do a few of the people that work for him. One kid that works for him just got a '94 (i think) 328i and payed about $5000 for it. It looks brand new, the previous owner took great care of it. My dad says they are very reliable, and also says his is good in the snow with snow tires, even though its rwd. Im going to school in the Berkshires I believe in the fall, and I like the idea of an Audi A4 quattro. What should I do!? Im quite partial to the 328is or 323CI. Is my price range too low for a solid 323CI? ghead

first 12-13k will get you a pretty good e36... 92-95 they made the 318 and 325. 318=1.8 inline 4 cylinder 325=2.5 liter inline 6. they also made the m3 in 95 a 3.0 liter inline 6

96-99 they made the 323 328 and the obd2 m3
323= 2.5 liter inline 6 more restricted then the 325
328= 2.8 liter inline 6
odb2 m3= 3.2 liter inline 6

With the amout of money you have, you could get a very very nic 328 (which would be a car from 96-99) or a pretty nice m3 even... depending on where you live
