I think we are avoiding the real issue here. Were the seats cushiony on impact? Was he in any discomfort? Id sure hope not because that would be bad publicity for BMW. I hope the fence didnt get hurt any either. That would be horrible.

what a waste of a 4.4i V8. I really don't like the X5, I think it's a travesty, just like the Porsche Cayenne. I do feel sorry for Carmax although they likely have insurance that will cover this.
