well im new here
i cant decide what bmw i want to be my first car its beteewn an e30, e12, e28, or and e21
wicth would you get

here some background info on me
im 14
i live in moreno valley ca
i turn 15 in june
my family has been into bmws and other german cars for a long time
the currant cars at my house are my moms 2004 x5 we got it 12/27/04, my dads 2003 vw passat we bought the new in november 2002, and my sister slighty 1994 318is we are the 2nd owners of it, and me i get drive legaly yet so i drive rc cars and trucks i have a very cool looking m3 gtr bodyed onroad rc car

I would go with an E30, go much older than that and you will most likely have to pay a high price for a good car or a low price for a car that needs a lot of work. Just shop around and get a good E30 not just the first one that you find that fits your price range.

E30 325is or E28 535is is what I would suggest. Since your family seems to be pretty well off, I don't think maintaining either one should be a big problem.

if you want a full sized car to drive friends around, and be pretty comfy. a e28 535i/ is

if you want a coupe. or a smaller 4dr the 325is

thanks guys i was leaning to the e30 i want a 4 325e. my dad had one but he gave it my cusin who then put an exusat system on it and 18 nich niche bellas on they put preety cool,
my dad also had a 95 540i it was sometype of specail editon it was black one black with 18 nich bmw factory rims the ones that look like they have 5 pentogons cut out of them it was lowered had an eight cyclinder engine and a six speed tranny

cool i painted mine black, all black even the windows, so it looks like the windows are tinted, actually i forgot to put the windows stickers on lol, but shhh i tell people it's supposed to look like tinted windows, it actually looks really cool

I dunno, first car shouldn't be something you would be TOO worried about if you sratched it, I dunno, humm, I'd suggest a 318

my sister has an e36 318is she let me drive it to home depot today while she was geting her hair braided my parents let me drive it around my house but this was my first time driving it by myself on major streets on my way back i was on an emtey street so i decided to let the car on wind a little here exusat and air filter really help out i slowed when i got 80. but the moral of that story is i want my to have a little more power.

humm, try a 323 or a 325 then, but I dunno, first my first car, i would stay a bit away from a 328, I mean, unless you drive your sister's for a while, that way you can get a feel for actually driving, then in that case it would be fine...
