Would having a stick shift BMW raise the rates on my insurance?

I have not heard that would cause rates to go up. I have said in a different thread but insurance rates are effected by a some facters. first its your driving record accidents speeding etc. Also your age. What part of the country you live in CA residents pay high premiums as due New Yorkers . Some other facters include what part of the city your car is registered in or live. And deductible 500 or more will lower rates a little. B)
