Coolant for 1990 e34 535i

Well I finally need more coolant, its been along time and I forgot which kind is the best or if you need any special kind at all!!

i do not use any special kind... Some people say to only use BMW coolant...

BMW coolant overpriced; any "phosphate free" coolant is OK for BMW radiators.

At the BMW shop I work at we use Peak in the older cars and BMW coolant in anything about 97 and newer.
