cardio is an unknown quantity at this point
I wanted to see some specs on a 2000 z3 but i can't find any could you guys help me out? I was trying to figure out how fast the 2.8L does 0 to 60.

im not 100% sure, but it would be very close to the 328i/Ci. The Z3s are very close in weight between the sedan/coupes. So I would assume 0-60 for the 2.8 Z3 to be around the 6.3-6.6 range.

here are the specs for both the roadster and the coupe. they are the same.

2000 Z3 2.8L Roadster/Coupe

General
Curb weight, manual = 2910 lbs
Curb weight, auto = 2998 lbs
Weight distribution with driver, f/r % = 51/49

Engine
Engine type = 2.8 liter DOHC 24-valve inline-6
Bore x stroke = 3.31 in. x 3.31 in.
Compression ratio = 10.2:1
Horsepower (SAE) = 193 bhp @ 5500 rpm
Torque = 206 lb-ft @ 3500 rpm

Speed
Top speed = 128 mph, electronically limited
Acceleration, 0-60 mph, manual = 6.3 seconds
Acceleration, 0-60 mph, auto = 6.7 seconds

i would think it would be a little faster than 6.3 for the manual cause the 328i sedan can do 6.4. the z3 is lighter to begin with plus uses a aluminum m52 block and is also geared more towards acceleration.

yea it should be more like 6 flat i would think, maybe it just has some weird ratios or somethin.
