I just walked out to my car a few minutes ago, after a "gullywasher" storm here in Georgia with rain so hard it was going sideways...
My sunroof (NOT Moonroof) was open, so first thought is... "Does Stacy's mom REALLY got it goin' on??" But then the more important, and RELEVANT question came to mind. "How many times am I going to have to wring my whole carpet out?"
Answer... The car was wet on the outside, dry on the inside... just like my ex-girlfriend.
BMW's never cease to amaze me!

hah mine did the same a little while back during a storm that was tossin trees and had a couple tornados... not a drop inside! haha gotta love these cars...
You can attribute that to luck, chance, or maybe even voodoo, but not to BMW. I mean, for real man.
Those were my thoughts too. Unless of course you had a rain-sensing sunroof-closing system or something ... which would probably break and open it when it starts to rain...
Voodoo it is then!
Either way, when the same thing happened with my old Honda Accord, I was mopping stank-ass water out of the cabin (and my pants every time I drove) for a couple weeks... That puts BMW pussy on a pretty high pedestal in my opinion!

Must be some supernatural forces protecting your car from getting wet.
