QUICKBIMMER is an unknown quantity at this point
I took my 1995 740IL to get all the fluids changed lucky for me they found a leaking and damaged oil pan. When they removed it there was a long bolt sitting inside. It fell off the oil pump lucky for me they found it could have cost me a engine B) Has anyone else had this problem, if not drop the oil pan just to be safe.

I used to have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am that had a leaky oil pan and when they took the pan off, they found a screw. From the size of it and the damage on the side of it, they thought it came from a rod that runs across the top of the valves and fell through. Never researched any further where it came from. Sold that car 3 years ago. It's still driving around town.
