Best is a realtive term. But all around, the aforementioned has my vote...

manco is my fav. The atmosphere created in that city is amazing. Drove it a while back in a 'ol benz (during traffic ), spectacular! Nürburgring... well nvr driven it but i reallliii want tooo. Ooo Lunguna Seca is pretty good also, but alittle crazy, like sooo many blind corners, and that cockscrew downhill... wow

1. the nordschleife (old nurburgring)
2. monaco
3. imola

I believe Project Gotham Racing 2 for the Xbox has the Nordschleife course of Nurburgring. It's an awesome game, especially on Xbox Live. You should check it out.

yeah i knew project gotham2 had the nordschleife, but thats a kinda expensive route to go just for one track
