| Hey Bimmer fans.....I was thinking about organizing a convoy from the NY area to the Bav Auto show and shine. It is tenatively schedualed for Oct 3, 2004.
This is the largest Bimmer only show in the country. ill work out the details after I see what kind of intrest I get.
Perhaps we can get a strong following from the forum and really represent. I dont think it would be a very expensive weekend <except for all the prep to our cars> and theres plenty of free stuff and contests. You even get free lunch out of the deal. This is Bav autos 30th anniversary so the show should be better than ever. I have never been to the show myself so if anyone has been and can offer some info as to how the day goes, that would be greatful.
Nothing is solid yet, like I said, im just feeling everybody out.
Just imagine.......<cue the music and fuzzy dream sequence> thirty or more bimmers in a convoy headed to the Biggest Bimmer Event in the country all sportin Forum Decals spreadin the good word. Could be an impressive sight.....OK snap out of the dream sequence and let me know if you're interested. |
