Anyone have any info on any incentives for 2003 5 series cars starting in August?

I saw an ad for a lease special on 525i for 399/mo. This is a lease price without options and from what I recall, the lease goes up about $60 per $1000 of options added (I think)

i think it goes up about $30 per $1,000 optioned. 30x36= $1,080. but probably even less, including the residual of the car. maybe even $20 per $1,000 of options.

thats also probably only good for 10k mile/year leases

I got 2003 5 series..530i...the discounts were good but I doubt you find one with a 525i for $399 as the selections is less and there maybe options on them you do not want lease miles as stated are 10000....

also I looked a bmw vs chase lease..chase gave a much better interest but the cost on leasing these cars is high...42 mo lease with 15000 miles had $6200 interest/depreciation cost to lease the 530i....

given the price and discount I think you would be offer buying...seems the 5 series holds its value and in 3-4 yrs a 2003 should have a good resale

I do not think were raising the residuals much on the car in july..42 mo lease residual with 15000 miles was 49% or on my car $22476...it had a msrp $45870

I would bet the the car will be close to this in the end...45-49% ($20600 -22400) IMHO
