Anyone here Auto-X w/ BMWCC?

I'm from the Trillium Chapter in Ontario, Canada.

I'm actually not too thrilled with the BMWCC auto-x here. The courses are far too tight and the parking lot we use is too small. There's a small airfield near where we hold the events. However, for some reason they won't rent that out. We generally stay in 2nd gear through the whole course, it's quite retarded. It's actually so terrible that I've thought about quitting this season and just joining some lapping days at Shannonville. I'm not to thrilled about the 8am sharp starting time on a Sunday morning! I want to complain to BMWCC or at least make some suggestions. The parking lot we used was full of pot holes, lamp posts and even other non auto-xing cars who were driving!

Ok, I'm done ranting and raving. let me/us know how the BMWCC organized auto-x's are like where you guys are?

I have not yet got to go to the track so I really dont have any experience with it.

I am however going to try and get into the Northeast Ohio Chapter's driving school that they are holding at Nelson Ledges in July.

I then will be able to talk and compare

I auto-x'd my 92 celica, but that's a different animal all together. I wanna autox my bmw just haven't had the time to do so. Also I'm trying to wait until I can afford a second set of wheels and tired so I don't mess up my street tires and so I could auto-x more often. But if you want i'll be glad to talk about it, even though I don't have much driving experiance, I've ridden a lot but not driven very much. BTW i auto-x with the SCCA.
