All Season Tires...which one?

Hi everyone, I need to replace the rear tires on my wife's 98 323is before the snow starts to fall. I currently have the Dunlop SP 5000 on the car. I've been happy with how they handle in wet/dry and snow, but only got about 20K out of them. My wife just drives normal city driving, I don't drive the car that hard either. Any recommendations? I'm currently looking at the Goodyear Assurance TripleTred. But I'm open to suggestions.

TIA!
Mike C
