the front is a 2003 maxima if you connect the grille. maybe bangle should be smart and GET RID OF IDRIVE. if everyone hates it, when why put it in ANOTHER BMW?? obviously he doesn't care about customers. maybe BMW will go down, then i can buy one for cheap.
I don't think it looks anything like a Maxima... absolutely no resemblance.
Personally, I like the current model more than this one. They made the front
less distinct. I doubt everyone hates it... it's not the idea of the IDrive that
people don't like but the way it functions that had people bewildered. Now if
they could refine it so that the 60yr olds buying the car could use it... you
need to remember that they're using a technology that 20-30yr olds would
have no issue with to the older group that didn't have computers when they
were younger. There's a learning curve there that can take a while to get
used to and when you're older you usually aren't out to deal with that new
BMW needs to go somewhere! They either stay with the old, classic, understated
design that they've been with forever(and that Audi and MB haven't strayed from)
or they go for a newer edge. They continue to make cars that perform great
and can look just as good. I didn't like the 7-series until I saw it more often. A
client of ours has one and it really has grown on me. Anyhow, you have to can't
sit on your laurels and expect the world to revolve around you.. it'll only pass
you by. Big Detroit never had fear from those piddly foreign cars...........
