yea bro diesel engines sure are powerful at highway speeds and climbing steep hills, but, when it comes to accelaration, they suck and the rpm's take so much time to build up, great for highway tho.
BS...I have a diesel (chevy truck 2003) and the acceleration is great, the mpg is awesome, and the power you can't beat it...the best thing is it gets the same fuel economy weather I'm towing or cruising. Sure NON-turboed diesels are slow piles of crap but seriously when was the last time you saw an NON-turboed diesel.
my question is why dont they make them for the US?
