I sold my old subs and amp and stuff a while back and now i miss the bump so my friend let me borrow his sub until i pay him for it and we have started fabricating a box in the trunk. Here is what we have so far.

Yea, i went to home depot and picked up a 4x8 piece of MDF some carpeting, and stuff to hold it all together. Got back to my house and me and my friend drew up a template, started cutting then assembling. I really like how it is coming along.

Wish my seats folded down...

looks good...

can i ask why you went for a foward firing sub? most people have them face the rear (for reverb/sound reasons i belive). does it produce a tighters bass or other wise make a diffrence?
